Truffles made in the purest French tradition - a mouthwatering combination of chocolate truffle and crisp crêpe dentelle pieces! Mathez has been producing sumptuous truffles in the heart of the Loire Valley since 1934.
Composition: Vegetable fats (copra, palm kernel), sugar, lean cocoa powder, whey powder, broken crêpe lace 5% (wheat flour, sugar, butter pastry, skimmed milk powder, barley malt, salt) Cocoa, emulsifier: soya lecithin. Possible traces of hazelnuts, almonds, pistachio and egg.
