Crème Brûlée with Foie Gras - 40g

The foie gras Crème Brûlée is an example of mix between sweet and sour. With a good portion of foie gras and a smooth Crème Brûlée, the producer added a touch of acidity with the balsamic figs vinegar. Furthermore, you have the possibility to heat up this preparation.
It is perfect for a festive aperitif, and especially for guests who like salty-sweet. They will be surprised and will enjoyed it. And the caramelized touch always are appreciated: you have my word!
Cooking tips: After you have removed the lid, warm your cream seven minutes in your oven in 180°C. We advise you to serve it lukewarm with for example bread fingers grilled gingerbread.
