Walnut Mustard by Edmond Fallot
As a dressing or on meat, this French mustard is unctuous and delicious!
This walnut mustard is rich and creamy. It can be used in a dressing for salad, or as a dip for crunchy raw vegetable sticks as part of an aperitif. Delicious served with grilled meat or with grilled asparagus, a drizzle of walnut oil, white wine vinegar and few crushed roasted walnuts. You will work wonders with this mustard!
INGREDIENTS: Water, mustard seeds, vinegar salt, integument mustard, Perigord Region walnut powder (2%), aroma (with gluten), antioxidant, potassium disulfite, acidifying agent: citric acid, spice.
