A sumptuous rouille sauce with garlic and fish, a traditional speciality from Sète/South France.
INGREDIENTS: Sunflower oil, water, fish, tomato purée, egg yolk, alcohol vinegar, mustard (water, mustard grains, vinegar, salt, antioxidant E224 (contains sulphites), acidifying agent: citric acid), wheat flour, salt, garlic, spices, thickening agents: guar flour, xanthan gum.
