Prune and Duck Terrine with Armagnac
Maison Sauveterre makes a wonderful duck terrine which bring us in the South West of France.
This bold new product is a mix between sweet and salty. Indeed, the most famous bird in the South West of France had been combining with the sweetness of prunes and all the richness and aromas of the Armagnac.
This is a perfect association, the duck terrine will melt in your mouth and will extend its flavours all along the tasting.
Cooking tips: We advise you to eat it just after you released it from your fridge for a better appreciation and on a slice of rye bread. This is a terrine that you will remember!
